Our employees make the difference - because in addition to their personalities, it is their expertise that makes us successful. Our academy offers a comprehensive range of training courses to ensure that our employees can continue to develop. The content is continuously optimized and adapted to the requirements of our customers and markets.

With over 200 training days per year, the topics range from personal development, specialist and consulting know-how, leadership and sales skills to teaching entrepreneurial thinking. We differentiate between individually selectable one-to-one training courses, which are structured according to the four areas of expertise of our Growth Model, and our Bootcamp + X.

Individual training

We offer our employees a variety of different individual training sessions to develop and promote individual strengths and areas of expertise in a targeted manner.

Self-
competence

Self-competence describes the ability and willingness to develop oneself and therefore also one's individual personality in terms of one's own talents, willingness to perform and motivation.

Our mindful training courses are an example of this: they help you to fully develop your own potential and use your resources mindfully and efficiently.

Social
skills

Social skills include knowledge and skills in communication, cooperation and conflict management. The aim is to move harmoniously in a group and to be active.

For example, in order to better understand the impact of communication, we offer our employees the opportunity to take part in our communication training.

Methodological competence

Methodological competence includes your knowledge, but also your ability to handle new and complex tasks independently and flexibly.

Our tailored project management training courses, for example, teach you approaches to tackle problems or complex challenges in a goal-oriented and structured way and to implement meaningful solution strategies.

Professional
competence

Professional competence refers to all your specialist knowledge and methods, more precisely your knowledge but also its application, which you need to deal with specialist issues.

We offer you the opportunity to develop and continuously expand your own expertise in numerous specialist training courses and certification options, such as SCRUM training.

Bootcamp + X

Ready, set, go! As an Associate Consultant, you can develop and expand your knowledge and skills as part of the Bootcamp + X alongside your day-to-day project work. In four consecutive training days, which take place both on-site and remotely, you will go through various modules. These will optimally prepare you for projects, working with customers and everyday working life at Wavestone.

Unleash your personal career turbo in Part X. After the four-day training courses, we offer you additional learning and development opportunities. And you will not only make progress in terms of content: you will also get to know other program participants from different Wavestone locations and departments, with whom you can have a really good time during the training sessions.
